This video illustrates shoddy industry standards and procedures, designed by the industry to minimize costs while incidentally greatly increasing the liklihood of hazardous waste leakage and resulting environmental disaster. The liners don't hold up to the acidic content of the frac fluid wastes. So the landowner or neighbor, whoever or whatever form of nature, lives down hill from the frac fluid pond gets contaminated.
