Peace Action is a grassroots peace organization that originated with the Nuclear Freeze and SANE and works to educate, organize and lobby for nuclear disarmament, a foreign policy based on human rights, democracy and cooperation with the world community, and transforming this country from a military to a peace economy.

Friends of Democracy Now on WSKG
Dedicated to persuading WSKG to carry Democracy Now!. Democracy now is a 5 day-a-week, one-hour news program that broadcasts the news the rest of the media censors. We are trying to reach that goal through a petition, attending WSKG Community Advisory Board meetings (the third Monday of every other month), and speaking up for accuracy in news and information.
